It depends on where you are located and what you ordered. Here are the estimated delays :

• France orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days
• Europe and international orders will arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Some products are in stock others are not, we have different level of stock :

• In stock : Shipped within 24h / 48h.
• European stock : Shipped within 48h / 72h.
• USA stock : Shipped within 3 to 5 weeks.
• Pre-order with ETA : Shipping according to the estimated date.
• On order with specific delay : Shipping based on availability.

France Orders :

• France Standard - Free : 99.99€ and up = FREE

Europe Orders :

International Orders :

Sometimes we are quick, sometimes we are not but we have never missed an order. Please be patient, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Some items may ship from different warehouses, which can lead to separate deliveries. Don’t worry—your remaining items are still on the way, and you’ll receive a tracking update as soon as they ship.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (no "new" smells) or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Parts once mounted cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No. All orders ship from within the EU, so you will never pay customs duties or additional charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price—no surprises.
