We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (no "new" smells) or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Not the quickest delivery (over 8 weeks from date of order), but definitely well worth it. The EZ shift has transformed the riding experience. Definitely does what is claimed. Not the cheapest, but again, worth it for the transformation. Can now get neutral every time, first time. Would definitely recommend
