Protect your Harley-Davidson Sportster with our high-performance front crash bar, designed for all Sportster models, including XL883, XL1200, Nightster, Iron 883, Forty-Eight, SuperLow, Roadster, and more. For models from 2004 onward, this crash bar is a direct bolt-on installation. For 2003 and earlier Sportster models, welding the supplied bungs to the chassis is required for mounting.
Built to protect the front section of your bike in the event of a crash or tip-over, this crash bar was originally developed for local stunt riders who needed a way to protect their Sportsters while learning new tricks and avoiding damage to their bikes.
The bar features replaceable Delrin sliders at each end, which allow your bike to smoothly slide over the pavement without catching, preventing a high-side during a slide. Engineered with the right lean angle, this crash bar ensures no interference with cornering and still provides ample protection.
Please note: May require the use of an aftermarket exhaust.

Some items may ship from different warehouses, which can lead to separate deliveries. Don’t worry—your remaining items are still on the way, and you’ll receive a tracking update as soon as they ship.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (no "new" smells) or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Parts once mounted cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
